Milestone Consult and Cognigy AI agree on partnership

Cognigy, a leader in conversational AI, and Milestone Consult, a leader in business intelligence and software engineering, have announced a strategic partnership. The collaboration is done with the aim of using conversational AI to efficiently master chatbot requirements and thus provide Milestone customers with optimal customer communication.

With over 60 experts, the company successfully carries out complex projects for large companies and larger medium-sized enterprises.
