Making forecast modelling and anomaly detection accessible to a wide range of users and use cases is Tangent Works' mission. With its Tangent Information Model (TIM), the Belgian tool provider for predictive analytics has created a machine learning engine that can do just that.

The Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in Mönchengladbachand Krefeld is a renowned and attractive educational and research institution. With approximately 15,000 students, it is one ofthe largest and strongest universities for applied sciences in Germany.

Milestone cooperates with the departments of economics, subdivision business informatics, as well as the departments of computer science and electrical engineering. In addition to project work, the cooperation also includes the supervision of bachelor's and master's theses. The regular exchange of information and experience on scientific topics, projects and current trends is enriching for both sides.

In the future, the cooperation will also be extended to include collaboration in funded projects. With the Institute for Business Process Management and IT (GEMIT), which is involved in application-oriented research in the areas of logistics, IT and human resources, an initial project was started as part of the digital transformation.

The internationally oriented Rhine-Waal Universityof Applied Sciences with its campuses in Kamp-Lintfort and Kleve offers 25 bachelor's and 11 master's degree programmes in natural sciences, economics and engineering. In addition, social and health sciences are also offered. The combination of scientific content and practical relevance provides students with the best possible preparation for their future professional lives.

Milestone maintains a particularly intensive exchange of information with the Communication and Environment Faculty. This cooperation takes place in the area of bachelor and master theses. In the future, we also aim to collaborate onprojects and project work.

Bfz-Essen was established 45 years ago as a model institution to counter the consequences of the coal and steel crisis. Since then, the company has developed into one ofthe leading education service providers. More than 50,000 men and women have been given new career prospects here. On the campus in the Essen Education Park, 750 participants learn and work. Long-term internships give participants a good chance of being taken on by the companies later on.

Milestone Consult has been working successfully with Bfz-Essen for many years and offers internships several times a year. Through this cooperation, a trusting relationship has developed, so that many internships at Milestone have already been successfully completed. Some of the interns have found the career path to Milestone and are now key employees.

The IT-Akademie Dr. Heuer is a future-oriented training company at the locations Bochum and Düsseldorf. The educational institution sees itself as a link between companies and people on the one hand, and a very dynamic environment in the field of high technology on the other. The focus of the training at the IT Academy is on information technology with courses in classroom form.

Milestone Consult maintains active cooperation withthe IT-Akademie Dr. Heuer GmbH for the “IT Specialist Application Development” training course. Intensive meetings are held with participants several times a year to provide information about internships and career opportunities at Milestone Consult.

IBB is one of the largest and most successful private education providers in Germany. With 350 locations, it is represented in all German states and many thousands of course participants are trained on a full-time or part-time basis. With a comprehensive qualification offer, the prerequisite for a successful professional reorientation is thus created.

Milestone started the cooperation with IBB in 2017. Since then, several participants have been able to successfully complete their internship and also make the project work in cooperation with Milestone a success. Based on our good experience, we intend to continue our cooperation with IBB in the future.

COMCAVE.COLLEGE is currently represented at 47 locations in Germany.

Milestone Consult and Comcave.College, Duisburg have been working together since 2019. Since then, Milestone has offered participants (IT specialists in application development) the opportunity for long-term internships and support in successfully completing the IHK examination.

Milestone Consult and Tableau signed an AlliancePartner Programme agreement in August 2019 to expand their business analytics business.

It covers all areas of software development, from programming business logic to designing an appealing user interface. Data-intensive applications in particular benefit from this simple and fast development tool.

The manufacturer Appeon has its headquarters in the USA and the PowerBuilder development environment is used by more than 18,000 companies worldwide.

Milestone has been using PowerBuilder since 1991 and is the largest know-how provider in Germany. We are listed on Appeon's web presence and are contacted by potential customers when a PowerBuilder specialist is needed for a project. The range of applications we have implemented over the years is diverse and includes, for example, solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), insurance management or logistics service providers. As a special service, we also offer our support for the further development of customer-specific PowerBuilder applications.
