The combination of IHK training and bachelor's degree

The combination of a proven IHK training as an IT specialist and a bachelor's degree in IT or media IT is a sophisticated model with the aim of optimally combining studies and vocational training. In practice, this means for our students an intensive combination of theoretical training at the university and practical work on projects at Milestone Consult. Classes at the university take place three days a week with the aim of learning the theoretical basics. On the remaining 2 days per week, the dual students work on specific projects in our office in Kamp-Lintfort in order to put what they have learned into practice.

Our reasons

In order to fully exploit these technologies, we first started an intensive research phase in the area of ​​generative AI. This fits perfectly with our core competencies in software development and data analytics – two areas in which we have been active since the early 1990s. Our experience, which has grown over three decades, has given us the knowledge and flexibility to actively shape technological change.

Thanks to this solid basis and our continuous innovation work, we were finally able to successfully implement the first chatbot projects with generative AI for our customers. Today we offer comprehensive solutions that combine both technological precision and a deep understanding of our customers' challenges and goals - and together we are developing the next generation of customer communication.
