Development and representation
Continuously expand your skills by learning new programming languages, frameworks, methods and tools. Represent and protect Milestone Consult's corporate values, both within the company and in public.
Consulting and requirements analysis
Communicate directly with our customers - starting with the collection of their requirements and the associated effort estimate through to the presentation of the developed solutions.
Project management and team leadership
Lead project teams and ensure an optimal working environment. Support the People & Culture department in the training and development of colleagues. Take on personnel responsibility and promote the development of the potential of your team members as part of our mentoring system.
